1. How the Platform Works

OnlyU is a CPA platform connecting:

  • Clients (models) seeking to grow their audience.
  • Marketers (partners) who attract that audience.

Two main cooperation formats:

1.1 RevShare Model

  • The client sets the revenue share percentage.
  • Marketers review conditions and may start working.
  • Payment is made for real user deposits.

1.2 CPL Model

  • The marketer creates an offer with a fixed cost per subscriber.
  • The client selects and purchases traffic.
  • Payment is made for each confirmed subscriber.

1.3 Operation System

  • The client provides access for performance tracking.
  • The platform monitors traffic quality and volume.
  • Marketers attract real users.
  • The platform verifies conversions using provided data.
  • Payment occurs for successful conversions only.

1.4 Platform Commission

  • Charged only to clients.
  • Decreases with higher purchase volume.
  • Does not affect marketer payouts.

2. Basic Conditions

2.1 Age and Legal Restrictions

  • The service is available only to users aged 18+.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring local legal compliance.
  • VPN use to bypass regional restrictions is prohibited.

3. Client Conditions

3.1 Financial Terms

  • Minimum initial top-up: $1000.
  • Deposits accepted in crypto or via Stripe.
  • Commission decreases with order volume — from 20% down to 10% (calculated for CPL orders monthly).
  • RevShare model fee: fixed 5% of campaign revenue.
  • Automatic refund for incomplete orders (no new subscribers for 30+ days).
  • Balance withdrawal available anytime, subject to blockchain network fees.

3.2 Client Obligations

  • Monitor traffic quality using platform metrics.
  • Provide materials for marketing campaigns.
  • Start with test orders.
  • Report issues promptly.
  • Maintain sufficient balance and security deposit (for RevShare — at least $200 or last 30-day revenue).
  • Pay invoices on time.

4. Marketer Conditions

4.1 Traffic Requirements

  • Only real users are allowed.
  • Bots, fakes, and traffic manipulation are forbidden.
  • Traffic must convert into dialogs and revenue.
  • Sudden quality drops may result in offer suspension or account blocking.

4.2 Payout Conditions

  • Payments are made for verified traffic.
  • Withdrawals in USDT (TRC-20).
  • Processing time: up to 3 business days.
  • Network fees apply.

5. Risks and Responsibility

5.1 Allocation of Responsibility

  • Clients assume risks related to traffic quality.
  • The platform provides all available metrics and marketer ratings.
  • Starting with small orders is recommended.
  • The platform may block dishonest users.

5.2 Refund Conditions Refunds apply only if:

  • The marketer’s funds were not withdrawn.
  • The marketer’s account is blocked.
  • The issue was reported within 24 hours after completion.
  • The client did not sabotage results (e.g., blocked countries or changed profile pricing).
  • Refunds for incomplete campaigns are processed automatically.

6. Prohibited Actions

6.1 For Marketers

  • Use of bots or automated traffic.
  • False statistics or inflated results.
  • Multi-accounting.
  • Misleading or manipulative advertising.
  • Violations may lead to account blocking without refunds.

6.2 For Clients

  • Payment fraud or chargebacks.
  • False complaints or baseless claims.
  • System manipulation or data interference.
  • Failure to pay invoices.
  • Multi-accounting.

  1. Changes and Account Blocking

Policy updates are announced in dashboard notifications. The platform reserves the right to block accounts for rule violations. Balance refunds (if eligible) are processed within 30 days of blocking.
